Practice mindfulness by recording, listening to and discussing field recordings. Record sounds from a nearby location using a smartphone or field recording device. The collected recordings will be played back and discussed in a group setting.
Participants should bring the following:
- Smartphone with audio recording capability and/or a field recording device
- Earbuds or headphones
- Comfortable walking shoes
A limited number of recording devices will be provided by the studio for use.
